Maybe you've tried yoga once and felt lost or out of place. Men's 101 is built for exactly that starting point. You'll be challenged physically — more than you expect — and you'll leave with a real understanding of how to practice yoga in a way that works for your body.

The reason most men don't stick with yoga isn't that they can't do it — it's that nobody showed them how to do it in a way that feels right for them. Men's 101 addresses that directly.
